1 | How long is the delivery period after placing an order?
Orders are processed in 1 - 2 business days and will arrive within 5 - 7 business days of being shipped. An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order is processed and shipped. Express orders will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Please note, that shipping might be delayed due to Covid-19.
2 | What countries do you ship to?
International shipping is provided worldwide with only a few exceptions. You can find a full list of all supported countries in the checkout process. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if your country is not supported. Please note that we accept returns, but the organization and cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Your order will be sent out via International Postal Service, DHL Express.

5 | What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free of charge for all orders above EUR 99 or USD 99. Please note that the final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and that in the case of cross-border deliveries (shipping from Austria, Europe), additional taxes and/or duties might apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6 | Can I change my delivery address after dispatch?
