The SmartRef digital refractometer allows quick measurements of your cutting oil-water mixture to ensure its appropriate concentration. To verify the required dilution ratio and quality, it is recommended to take regular measurements of the cutting oil concentration. This can reduce hazards for employees, machine wear, as well as problems during the machining process.
Connected to the Lab Meister mobile app, the SmartRef allows you to measure, store and visualize the measurement results for later reference.

Determination of cutting oil concentration with SmartRef Digital Refractometer
With our digital refractometer SmartRef and the Lab Meister mobile app, the cutting oil concentration can be measured quickly and reliably. The SmartRef measures the sample in °Brix and applies the user-specific correction factor automatically to the measurement result.
